Amid the uncertainty surrounding us during this crazy year that is 2020, one thing is certain – The Salvation Army will continue to be here to provide our neighbors with the support they need most. This year, I'm asking you to help me raise $1000 to provide hope to families across our community and help stop the events that could lead to life changes that are not for the better.

The funds we raise can be used in many ways life-sustaining ways. It provides meals for those new to experiencing homeless, living in encampments while being assisted by our LifNav Engagement Specialists to find Rapid Rehousing Solutions. It provides the money needed to keep a family safe in their home with the lights on during the upcoming winter season.  This year, your help can take the adverse “changes” 2020 has created in the lives of our neighbors and lead to the stabilization and strengthening of our community.

While I don’t know what the Christmas season will bring, I do know that by you helping me reach my goal we may not only keep the effects of Covid-19 from being life-changing, but it may just be lifesaving for our neighbors this year.
