This 6-mile run at Top of the Rock in Ridgedale, MO, will challenge your endurance and mental grit while allowing you to experience breathtaking, one-of-a-kind scenic views. Designed for runners who have trained well, the course will both challenge and reward participants. Runners will experience hills, a cave, bridges and waterfalls. This course is easily one of the most beautiful in the Ozarks and the state of Missouri.
The 3 Mile course at Run the Rock is perfect for people who want to catch most of the sights but reduce their "hill intake"! The cave is still part of this course and the time limit (90 minutes) allows people to walk as desired.
Come ready for an exceptional experience, equaled only by your determination to work and desire to see great beauty.
