IRVINE MM5K RUN 2024
We couldn't do this event without our Volunteers, thank you for taking the time to make the Irvine MM5K Run happen. 

All Volunteers (21+) will receive a free Margarita, all Volunteers under 21 will receive a medal, and everyone gets our heartfelt thanks! 

We understand plans can change, if you want to Volunteer but aren't sure of your availabiilty, please register now and you can cancel your registration from your EnMotive account if something comes up.

Responsibilities include registering participants for the race, handing out shirts and bibs for runners, breaking down boxes, answer event questions and directing participants to race start.
Responsibilities include festival area setup of: chairs, tables, trash cans, generators, and arches. Assisting food vendors with setup, and keeping festival area clean. 
Course Managers will have responsibilities for maintaining water stations, directing participants, marking the course, and clearing course after the race is finished.
Responsibilities for handing out Margaritas to participants at the finish line. Volunteers will be pouring Margaritas, handing those to finishers, setting up tables and table cloths, and keeping the finish line clean and moving.
Responsibilities include opening medal boxes, handing medals to participants as they cross the finish line, and helping direct finishers to their Margarita. 
Responsibilities include keeping festival area clean, clearing out recycling and trash, assisting vendors as needed, breakdown and clean-up of festival area.
Clean-Up Crew will consist of packing up event, loading things on the truck, tearing down signage, empty trash, and general clean up and pack up for the event.
