Packet pickup on race morning 5:30 am- 7:30 am
Packet Pick-up Friday July 29th, 2:00-6:00 pm.. GoPT, 4735 Perkins Road
Setting up race site Saturday afternoon to decrease the amount of set up for race morning. 4:00-7:00 (at the latest... depending on how many peeps we have).
Help line up the kids and get them started for the timer. 6:00 am - 8:30 am
Help the little kids with shoes, helmet, shirt, etc. Guide kids in the correct direction. Work mount/dismount line. Body marking prior to race start. 6:00 am- 9:00 am
Hand out water to the runners. Set up and break down the water stop and pick up any used cups that are thrown on the ground. It's ok to decorate and have music at the water stop. Make it fun.
Point kids in the correct direction and cheer them on as they complete the run.
Make sure kids are going in the correct direction and alert race officials if there is an injury. Cheer the kids on as they travel the course.
Hand out medals, water, food, ice towels, etc. Make sure every kid has a great finish!
One person to call the names and one person to identify the kids as they finish for the announcer.
