Not only for the experienced athlete, those newcomers to the sport can literally get their feet wet with this fantastic race. Start off with a 350 meter pool swim located in the beautiful Upper Dublin High School Athletic Complex then head out into beautiful Fort Washington, PA for a 11.2 mile bike and 5k run. Not a swimmer? Register for the duathlon and enjoy a 2 mile run followed by the 11.2 mile bike and finished off with the 5k run. Not a runner? An aquabike, consisting of the 350 meter swim and 11.2 mile bike is also offered for those athletes who choose not to include the run. Want to race with friends as a team?
