Open Water Clinic focusing on race prep and swim technique. Event will be held at the Picnic Pavilion in the SOUTHERN park of the race site. Start time is 9:30AM. North Hempstead Beach Park has two entrances. You want to come in the Southern most entrance. You can bring your bike if you wish but make sure to bring everything you need to swim.
