Register for Tarzan Brown Training ENH 2019

Juggling family, work, training and any other daily responsibilities can be quite overwhelming at times. Having a plan and a group to keep you accountable and motivated can make small work of big tasks. An organized plan can help you accomplish your goals. This program is for those who have already attempted a 5.5 mile race as well as newcomers to the distance. It is important for you to be able to enjoy rather than just endure your training program. Our training program includes a 6-week training guide with weekly runs…long runs, maintenance runs, short and recovery runs. We will focus on a new topic each week: Endurance, Health, Nutrition, pacing, goal setting, cross training, stretching, strengthening, hydration, recovery, everyday nutrition, and race day fueling. Topics will help you understand the training involved and the mental aspects of getting through a race itself. We will have some fun!
