Register for Racin' the Station! - 2017

“Racin’ the Station” Duathlon - 2017! (No youth portion this year either, sorry.) To get a taste of what the event is like, Check out the 2015 promo video: https://youtu.be/mPC1mEZYNPE Check out the 2014 promo video: http://youtu.be/T7xEOpSpeN4   “Racin’ the Station” Duathlon is non-sanctioned USAT Run/Bike/Run event where the participants will “race” the International Space Station (ISS) as it completes one Earth orbit.  The ISS completes an orbit every 91 minutes 12 seconds.  We will track the starting location of the ISS at the race start time and see who “beats” the space station by completing the event by the 91 minute 12 second mark. The event will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), which is on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The main race will begin at 8:00 am. (No youth portion this year, sorry)... NOTICE the CHANGE in TIME (8am vs. 8:30am)! Registration will be capped @ 500 main event racers at this time.
