Join our open water training sessions for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition. Open water sessions in PA extend from early April through Halloween. No prior open water experience is necessary, but swimmers must be confident in their ability to swim a 200-300 meter course without assistance. All swimmers must wear a bright colored swim cap or a <a href="https://www.newwaveswimbuoy.com/" target="_blank">New Wave Swim Buoy</a> NWSB is mandatory for anyone who cannot complete a 300 yard loop without stopping.
