Register for MPI's 1-Day Tri Camp

Multisport Performance Institute (MPI) will hold a 1-Day Tri Camp at beautiful Portofino Island Resort on Pensacola Beach, FL. on April 30th, 2011. This camp will start at 7am and finish around 3pm. The Camp will be limited to the first 20 athletes who register. MPI's 1-Day Tri Camp will focus on tips, tricks and techniques on all three disciplines of triathlon as well as the six key pieces for optimizing performance: Training, Recovery, Nutrition, Wellness, Mental and Racing. The camp will focus on presentations and discussions followed by actual practice and training. MPI's 1-Day Tri Camp schedule is as follows: 7:00am - Day begins with Open Water presentation 7:45 - Open Water practice in Santa Rosa Sound or Gulf of Mexico 9:00 - Presentation on Training and Recovery 9:30 - Road vs Tri Geometry and bike fit position followed by Ride Brief 10:00 - 1:30 Group Ride 12:00 - Lunch at Terrecotta at Portofino Island Resort 12:00 - Presentation on Nutrition and Wellness 1:00 - Presentation on Mental and Racing 2:00 - 30 min Group Run 2:30 - Closing group discussion 3:00 - Camp Ends.
