The Lake Tahoe Triathlon training plans are presented by Elite Triathlon Performance America (ETPA). Raeleigh Harris, director and Head Coach of ETPA has drawn on decades of accumulated coaching experience from her own 20+ years in the sport as well as the ETPA coaches network both here in the USA and in Australia. To ensure your success come race day overload is managed within an achievable training load even for those with busy lifestyles. These plans are written for the beginner triathlete however the science, structure and theory behind the plans can be adapted for second or third year athletes. Recovery, intensity, duration, testing, transitions, basic nutrition and injury prevention are addressed in the plans.
