Girls Inc. of Huntsville is sponsoring the third annual Strong Girls 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. Proceeds will be used to support the many programs we conduct for girls in K-12 throughout Madison County. Race date is Saturday, June 14 in MidTowne on the Park. The race course is the Jingle Bell Run 5K course but will be run in reverse beginning at 7:00 a.m. at the roundabout on Pegasus Drive. Parking will be available on Lincoln Street. This year's race will also include a 1 Mile Fun Run after the 5K. (8:00 a.m.) T-Shirt Size guarantee if registered by midnight on 5/14/14.
