A toast to the Kiwanis Club of Asheville as we celebrate the 22nd year of our race on the Estate and the 100th anniversary of Kiwanis. This majestic course should be on every runners bucket list! Starting at the estate winery, we will wind through scenic property, passing by America's oldest private residence and through the fragrant gardens, taking in the undisturbed beauty that the Vanderbilts fell in love with over a century ago. Please note that during the event, vehicular traffic will be limited and controlled. Both courses are USATF certified. Chip timing will be used for both races. Pre-race training prior to the event is prohibited since the entire course is on paved roads with heavy vehicular traffic and on the private property of the Biltmore Estate. Due to directional flow of traffic, it will not be possible to drive the course as it is to be run. All participants must be off the course prior to 9:45 a.m.
