3rd and Final Pool Clinic Tuesday, May 6th: 8-9:30pm @ URI Pool We will finish the final pool clinic by continuing to build on the previous two clinics and offering a final question and answer period following the swim session. By the end of this third week you will feel more confident in the water, have a basic understanding of proper freestyle stroke technique, and how to train for the triathlon swim.
