1st Bike Session Tuesday, May 13th: 6pm @ Goddard State Park, Warwick Come ride with us and get a first hand look at the OMG Course! Meet at the beach at Goddard State Park for our first bike session of the season. We'll cover equipment, safety, riding technique, and the swim/bike and bike/run transitions. We'll then proceed to ride the bike course, with instructions over different parts of the course. We'll answer questions and give tips along the way.
