The Arnold Sports Festival is the premier sports festival in the U.S. attracting tens of thousands of athletes and spectators to watch and participate in over 60 competitive sports. Please join Z Plus Health And Fitness as we host the Arnold Indoor Spinning Charity Ride to raise money for charity. Athletes of all levels are welcome to ride for a great cause. Schedule: 5 Class Blocks on Friday March 3rd from 5:00pm-10:00pm 4:00pm-8:45pm: Registration & Packet Pick-up at Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club 5:00pm to 5:45pm, Spin Class #1 with Shelley 6:00pm to 6:45pm, Spin Class #2 with Bev 7:00pm to 7:45pm, Spin Class #3 with Stasi 8:00pm to 8:45pm, Spin Class #4 with Andi 9:00pm to 10:00pm, Spin Class #5 with Jim Spin FAQ: - Riders will be lead by a certified Spinning Instructor who will use music to motivate you on a great ride for charity! - Riders will register for a bike for the duration of a 45 minute class. Riders can register for more than 1 class if they desire to ride more than 45 minutes. - - Riders doing multiple classes can ride through the 15 minute break between classes. - On the day of the event we recommend riders arrive 30 minutes in advance of the class. - Once riders arrive they should check in at the registration table, and they may also use the club's locker rooms before and after the ride. - There will be 15 minutes between each class to allow for riders to set-up their bikes and prepare for the ride. Event Spinning bikes will be Spinner NXT bike with Shimano SPD clip in pedals or toe cages. Each bike will also have a computer that will track your mileage. - Registration and packet pickup will be in the main lobby of Premier Fitness at Sawmill. There will be race day registration on site on race day if available. - Event Registration includes a free pass to the Arnold Fitness EXPO and Arnold Sports World events. - Event shirts can be purchased for $10 with your registration or on the day of the event. - Riders will be expected to provide their own nutrition and hydration during the ride. The event will not be timed, but the bikes will have computers on them to track speed and distance. Awards Top 2 Fundraisers will get to meet Arnold at the awards luncheon on Sunday. The winners will be the 2 individuals that have raised the most total dollars by 5:00pm on Friday March 3, 2017. The luncheon will be Sunday March 5, 2017 starting around 11:00am. Information and tickets will be provided to the winners on Friday at the event. Photo Booth We will have a FREE photobooth available at the event where you can pose with your friends and family members. We will post all pictures on facebook after the race for you to like, tag and share!
