The 41st Annual Run/Walk for your Health is hosted by the Rogers City High School Cross Country Team
Saturday, August 5th, at 8:30 am
Early packet pick up - Friday 6:00-8:00 pm (corner of Michigan and 1st Street)
Race Day Registration is 7:00 -8:15 am (at Lakeside Pavillion)
Starting Times
Start/Finish is at corner of Michigan and 1st Street
1Mile Run/Walk starts at 8:30 am
6k Run/Walk starts at 9:00 am
Course takes place on paved bike paths and streets. T-Shirts to all paid entries.

Registration for 2023 41st Annual Nautical Run/Walk for your Health is currently closed. You may register in person at packet pick-up the night before the race or race-day morning.
