Satuday, May 11 6:30am-10:30am Waterside District in Downtown Norfolk "My Hero Is..." Bring the whole family to run or walk, and enjoy family-friendly activities, where "EVERYONE IS A HERO AT CHKD". With an 8K Run, 2-mile Walk, and 1-mile Fun Run, it’s a great opportunity for all ages to get out, exercise and play together. Finishing medals will be awarded to all participants. Can’t participate but want to show your support? Register for a Virtual Race, make a donation or become a sponsor! Teams and Pledges Friends, neighbors, families and co-workers can form teams to participate in the RUNWALK together. Teams and individuals can collect pledges and win prizes.
