We're excited to be back at French Creek State Park for our 8th edition of the French Creek Tri, and we've added more fun for all! Make it a family weekend and stay for the weekend too! Custom awards to top 3 overall and in each age group, in each event. Special awards for anyone who completed the full French Creek Tri Festival Challenge (5K, 1 Mile, 800m swims, Olympic SwimRun, and 40K bike) REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULE: Packet pickup/Check in: Friday 5-7PM Saturday 7AM to 2PM Sunday 7-8:30AM Weekend Schedule: FRI 2PM - Group led bike rides - 20K and 40K FRI 5-7PM - Packet Pickup/Check in SAT 7AM-2PM - Packet Pickup/Check in SAT 9AM - 5K Swim Heats SAT 11AM - 1 Mile Swim Heats SAT 12 NOON - 800m Swim Heats SAT 4PM - Group led bike rides, 20K and 40K SUN 7-8:30AM - Packet pickup/Check in NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE TAKEN ON SITE. SUN 9:00AM - SwimRun, single/sprint SUN 10:00AM - SwimRun, double/Olympic SUN 12 NOON - Adult Splash & Dash SUN 12:30PM - Kids Splash and Dash SUN 4PM - Group led bike rides, 20K and 40K FORMAT: Swimmers will go off in very small waves, beginning at 9:00AM both days. Social distancing will be required. REGISTRATION: Pre-registration only. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Please arrive only 30 minutes prior to your assigned wave time such that we do not exceed our capacity of athletes on site. You should select your wave start time during the registration process. Arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot. Check in at our table and take a swim cap. Mark your own number and sanitize your hands before you touch your face. A bright colored cap or New Wave Swim Buoy must be worn by all racers (your choice of color). Please let us know in advance if you need to purchase a NWSB. All racers receive a custom pint glass award. No awards ceremony, but awards are available soon after all results are tabulated. Interested in volunteering? We'd love to have you!
